Modern Slavery Policy

Our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Our commitment

Lux Windows Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, and we expect the same of everyone who works with us.

Our business

We supply and install uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and conservatory roofs for homeowners across London and the South East, working with our own fitting teams and a small number of trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

How we reduce the risk

We work to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain by:

  • working with established manufacturers and suppliers and expecting them to meet their own legal obligations;
  • using certified fitting teams who are paid fairly and who work in line with UK employment and safety law;
  • encouraging anyone who works with or for us to raise concerns, and taking any concern seriously;
  • ending relationships with any supplier or contractor found to be involved in slavery or trafficking.

Raising a concern

If you have a concern about modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business, please contact us at sales@lux-windows.co.uk or on 020 3954 2553. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the police on 999.
